Set in the heart of Lyford Cay on New Providence Island, Bahamas, this island home was reimagined for a vibrant young family who calls this special property home. The project was a significant renovation to both the Main House and Cottage. One which preserved the classic Bahamian Colonial architecture on both the exterior and interior, while introducing modern furnishings and finishes. Restored details, thoughtful millwork, and a rich, textural palette bring warmth and personality - honoring the home's roots while creating space for everyday island living.
