Set in the heart of Lyford Cay on New Providence Island, Bahamas, this island property was reimagined for a vibrant young family who calls this special place home. The project involved an extensive renovation to both the Main House and Cottage; one which preserved the classic Bahamian Colonial architecture on both the exterior and interior, while introducing modern furnishings and finishes. Restored details, thoughtful millwork, and a rich, textural palette bring warmth and personality - honoring the home's roots while creating space for everyday island living.
